WARRANTY

Making the customer satisfied is our primary concern. To insure that you get a quality product, we manufacture our products to the highest standards. In the unfortunate case that your product is not up to standards, we have a one year warranty that will cover any defects.

Equi-Lok Saddle Bag products are manufactured to precise factory tolerances, tested with the toughest Equi-Lok Saddle Bag Standards, and backed by a limited warranty. We offer over 25 years of combined equine tack know-how and experience so you can rest assured that you’re getting a product that is designed and tested by those who are in the know.

Our warranty does not cover changes to the physical appearance or color of the material (vinyl). In addition, our warranty does not cover rips, scratches, tears, cracks, wrinkles, or other damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, abuse, improper installation, or improper caring or cleaning of said products.

Equi-Lok Saddle Bag company does not take any responsibility or claims caused due to theft, accidents (or attempted theft / criminal mischief), in ability of the user to install and use the saddlebags properly.

HOW TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM

Our Equi-Lok Saddle Bags come with an easy one-year warranty. Shipping is not included in the return and will not be returned to the customer when a warranty claim is made. If you believe that the product you purchased has a factory defect in materials or workmanship there are steps you need to follow.

  • Contact customer service via the Contact Form or by email. You'll get a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • The return form should include the reason for return, invoice number, contact info, and any other important details.

  • You will need to keep this RA number, we’ll ask for it whenever you contact us regarding your warranty claim.

  • PLEASE NOTE: It can take up to two weeks for refunds to reach you, although most of the time it is a lot less.

  • Returns which are incomplete and have items missing may be subject to additional charges.

  • We are not responsible for lost, damages or missing packages.

  • Packages that do not meet this criteria may be returned to you and can also be subject to a 50% restocking fee minus the shipping charges.

  • Not all items fall under our warranty claim or return policy.
